1. Exception to the Right of Withdrawal
Pursuant to subparagraph (g) of Article 15 titled “Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal” of the Regulation on Distance Contracts published in the Official Gazette dated November 27, 2014 and numbered 29188, the consumer may not exercise the right of withdrawal in contracts regarding accommodation, transportation of goods, car rental, food and beverage supply, and leisure activities for entertainment or recreation purposes that must be performed on a specific date or during a specific period.
2. Ticket Refund Conditions
Conference tickets purchased via pay.historiansnet.com are final and non-refundable in accordance with the provision stated above. By completing the purchase, the BUYER is deemed to have accepted this condition in advance.
3. Event Cancellation or Postponement
In the event that the conference is fully canceled by Tarihçiler Derneği İktisadi İşletmesi, the ticket fee shall be refunded in full within 14 business days via the same payment method used by the BUYER.
In case of postponement, the tickets shall remain valid for the new event date. Refund requests submitted by users will be evaluated individually.
4. Ticket Transfer
Tickets are issued personally and are non-transferable. However, provided that notification is made at least 48 hours prior to the event date, ticket transfer to another person may be permitted subject to management approval.
